Today's lady boss feature is Angela Duckworth. According to her website, angeladuckworh.com, she is the Founder and CEO of Character Lab, a nonprofit that advances scientific insights to help children thrive. Prior to this, she founded a summer school that was profiled as a Harvard Kennedy School case study. She has also been a management consultant in Mckinsey and a math and science teacher at public schools in New York City, San Francisco, and Philadelphia.

She has a TED talk that is one of the most viewed of all time. She authored The Power of Passion and Perseverance,  where she explains why talent alone cannot lead you to success.
