This week’s lady boss feature is Mary Barra, the first woman to lead the largest U.S. automaker, General Motors Company. Mary Barra first started her career in General Motors as an intern when she was 18 and eventually became the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of GM since 2014.

Mary Barra focuses on always improving the customer experience and strengthening services business services. She has already invested in billions in electric vehicles, self-driving cars and a ride-share service called Maven.
