Today’s lady boss feature is Julie Rice, an entrepreneur, investor, and co-founder of SoulCycle. She believes in creating empowering experiences for their business models and in what the word of mouth can do for their marketing strategy.

When she was interviewed by Karina Huber, of CGTN America, she shared that when she was in Los Angeles, exercising had been a part of her social life that made her happy. And then when she moved back to New York, she noticed that the community there exercises to compete with each other or become better than the person next to you. This made her realize an opportunity of combining her passion and her entrepreneurial mindset by creating exercises that would feel joyful, inclusive, and feel that it was about building a community.
