However, moving data into the cloud is just one stage in many digital transformation projects. Another aspect of the enterprise that many business leaders want to take into the cloud, is communication.  For years, VoIP and cloud communications have proven themselves to be the go-to solution for companies that need flexibility, scalability, and better cost efficiency with their communications. With voice available on the cloud, there's no need to invest in expensive on-premise hardware and network switches. Additionally, it's cheaper and easier to make audio and video calls with users across the world. It's no wonder that Google has decided to extend its communication capabilities with the arrival of Google Voice.  ## **Introducing Google Voice for the G-Suite ** Google believes that a missed call can mean a missed sale or even a disappointed and lost customer for many modern businesses. Some of the most recent additions to come to Google Voice in the summer of 2019 include: - Auto-attendant: Admins can set up automated menus to make sure that customers are routed to the right agents, without having to record messages. Wavenet text-to-speech functionality through Google means that Google Voice can read out menus in up to nine different languages while sounding completely natural. - Global growth: Google Voice is now available in 9 countries and counting. Google plans to deliver this functionality to as many markets as possible in the months to come.  - Advanced audio control: Employees now have the option to choose which headset and speaker system they want to use during calls, and which device they want to hear ringing.
